Each tool is tested before it is listed to insure it is described accurately

Most of our tools are used, clearanced, returns, closeouts, discontinued & some are in need of repair. We will test and list all tools as accurately as possible. The pictures are not stock photos! They are of the tool you are purchasing. Please see pictures for condition and what is included with the sale. Some tools are marked to insure they cannot be returned to the store. All tools that are listed to need repairs are sold As Is with no returns. Returns will be looked at on a case by case basis. If we have an identical item in stock we will exchange in lieu of money back. Refunds will be given after item is returned to us at the expense of the buyer. All returned items must be received in same condition when received by buyer. DANGER Due to the nature of our business we cannot be responsible for accidents caused by the tool malfunctioning or misuse of the tool. Never operate the tools until they have been fully inspected and always use them per the manufacturer recomendation. I sell tools not lessons on how to use them.

All sales within the state of Ohio will be charged SALES TAX by the county the buyer resides whether it is picked up or shipped.

All out of state sales are tax exempt.
